This website is going to be about why I picked this major and where I want to end up after college.

 

Why this major?

 

I am currently going to California University of Pennsylvania to get my Bachelor's in Digital Media Technology. I ended up choosing this major because for as long as I can remember, I have always been creative. During school projects, I always thought outside of the box and did something different than the other students. Throughout high school, I would jump at every t-shirt designing contest there was or I would always volunteer to design a poster or a flier or a club or a class.

 

I took multiple Graphic Design classes throughout high school. I'm confident in my knowledge of Graphic Design, but I know that I still have a lot to learn. By earning my Bachelor's in Digital Media Technology, I hope that I will further my knowledge and learn more about the large industry it is, as well as all the different job possibilities. After college, my dream would be to work for a firm to gain experience and then at some point in the future, start my own company.
