tAbout Met

I was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania on January 29th, 1996. Since I was a small child, I have always had a lovely connection with music. When I was about 8 years old I got my first CD ever. It was a Black Sabbath greatest hits album, and I immediately fell in love with the genre that was spawned by the band many say paved the way for modern rock and metal music. But when it comes to music, I keep my mind as open as my ears. I enjoy many different genres of music, as I believe in the old saying, "Variety is the spice of life." I could not agree more. I got my first guitar when I was twelve years old. It was a red Fender Squier that was given to me by my uncle. I never played it much at first, as I was too poor to afford lessons. Eventually I learned to read guitar tabs, and I started teaching myself songs by bands like Metallica and AC/DC. From then on out, I learned a multitude of techniques on that guitar. Eventually I taught myself to play piano as well. Over the years, I have found music to be my passion, which is the reason I am currently at California University of Pennsylvania.
