Vindex Workshop in the picture above.

Preparation Stage

The first step in starting a new job after getting the information of what the client wants and finish the designing is taking it to the work shop to have preparations made. The above picture features just one of our workshop rooms. After the preparations are made the job is taken to

whatever station it needs to go to next such as for instance the area

for printing.

Starting The Work

The Second step after the preparation stage is the step when the

work is starting. After everything is prepared the design is taken

to its proper station. In the picture above is a printing based job

where the client wants copies made for flyer's promoting a new

film production copy. In the picture it is showing the clients design

on a film negative being exposed to light so the image can appear

on a metal plate placed under the film.

Development

The third step is developing the clients design. After starting the work the plate with the clients design was created by exposing it to light on a metal plate. The plate is then take to a wash station and developed by using chemicals to get rid of the non image areas and the plate is preserved so no erosion happens to the plate. In the picture above it is shown what the metal plate looks like after being developed. After the plate is developed it is now ready to be used for printing.

Printing

The fourth step after the development stage is printing. After the plate is developed it is taken to the printing  press so the clients design can be printed. At the printing press the plate is put into the printing press and the printing process is stated. In the picture above it shows a group of people around the printing press setting up the position the image will be printed on. After the printing is done it is sent off to the side so the ink can settled then taken back to the designers so the clients can see the finished product.
