As a company of this caliber, we are expected to perform. From local competitions to the big show, we always leave our mark. These are just but a few of our accomplishments as a company, including the Maloof Money Cup 1st place award. Our riders compete with only the intent to win, but to do so there is some tech involved.

What you are looking at here is one of the most important things that go into making a snowboard. This is called the "Burton close up", it is designed to go down each board and look for cracks and imperfections. Without this invention, we would not be able to send out a perfect board every time like we do.

This right here is whats called a "Snorkel". With our boards we need to make sure all the air bubbles are out of the print and the wood of the board. With the snorkel we are able to go into every layer of the board and suck out the air to make the board whole. If you have air holes you have the risk of snapping your board.

This is the most common piece of equipment we have, but also the most important. This is what we call a "Burton Belt". It is a edge sharpener specifically designed for our boards. The reason we built our own is because we wanted it to be repetitive. Once we got the design perfect for each board to go through, we make the Burton Belt to make sure each design is the best possible.

This is the main manufacturing building in Londonberry, Vermont. This is where every board is born and made to perfection. Every order, every design, everything that has the name "Burton" comes from here. This is where you can say the magic happens.
