When working with disabilities, there has to be some sort of behavior responsibility for the students. A great way to do this is by using clip charts. This is one of my favorites.

This is called the behavior traffic light. Each student has a "clip" or something with his or her name on it. depending on the behavior for the day depends on where each students clips lays.

Green means overall good behavior throughout the day. Yellow means that the student may have gotten a few warnings or had a couple of outbursts.

The way red works differs on the teacher. I use red as the student had some not acceptable behavior what can we do that can get the student moving back towards green.

With the different types of children in a classroom, I like to try to have every one of them in the green by the end of the day. Even though this is not always possible I like every student to be out of the red.
