Hello my name is Jacob Podolinski and I am the owner of Studio Cervezas. Music has always been a big part of my life. My grandfather is the person who got me started with music when I was only 3 years old. He would take me to the local college to the drum room and I would sit and play for awhile. Since then, I have been ecstatic about music. I started recording music on and iPad with Garageband when I was 13 years old. After High School, I decided to continue my journey in recording at California Univeristy of Pennsylvania with a degree in Commercial Music Business. With all the information that given in college, I had done some internships in some studios in Pittsburgh unitl I decided it was time to start my own studio. I have been interested in brewing beer ever since I turned 21 and worked at a beer distibutor. My dad and I had the idea to turn the shed in our backyard into a homebrew station/studio, but knew it wasn't big enough. We planned and found a nice space with a big enough building and got to work to make what is today Studio Cervezas.
I hope to make every client feel welcome here at Studio Cervezas. The studio is set up so that it can have a homey type feel to it. We want clients to feel comfortable and not intimidated by anything. We have a state of the art lounge where musicians can hangout while other memebers are recording. We have a small kitchen for cooking food and a fridge for beverages. Attached to the lounge is a small cigar lounge with small humidor with local cigars. We try to make the environment feel very warm and cozy here. We also have the homebrew section where people can come try different types of beer we plan to brew. The recording process can be stressful sometimes, but I hope to make it flow and go a smooth as possible. Clients will leave here with a great quality recording and a smile one their face. Every Friday night we plan to have an open mic nightout on our patio. All are welcome to these events. We are a place where the community can all come togehter to listen to music, drink beer, have a ciar, and have a good time. Memories will be made here.
